DESCRIPTION:Moriori Imi Settlement Trust (MIST) and Hokotehi Moriori Trust (HMT) invite members to attend the joint tchipang’ Annual General Meeting. \n\nDate: Saturday\, 21 November 2026\nVenue: 65 Alfred Street\, Blenheim\n\nOnline Attendance: Members can also attend the AGMs online. Access details will be provided closer to the AGM date. \nProgramme\n10am: HMT AGM\nLunch\nFollowing lunch: MIST AGM \nThe MIST agenda\, proposed resolutions and annual report will be available to download from this page in advance of the AGMs. \nExpressions of Interest – Member Travel Assistance\nMIST invites registered MIST members who would like to attend to express interest in travel assistance. \nWe are gathering expressions of interest to understand how many members would like assistance and the likely travel costs. \nThe amount of assistance available has not yet been confirmed. Funding may cover all or part of approved travel costs\, depending on available funding and Board approval. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee assistance. \nPlease let us know: \n\nYour full name and contact details.\nWhere you would be travelling from.\nWhat assistance you would need\, such as flights\, car travel or accommodation.\nYour estimated travel costs\, if known. A formal quote is not required.\nWhether partial funding would enable you to attend\, or whether you would need your approved travel costs covered in full.\nAny mobility\, accessibility or support needs\, including whether you would need someone to accompany you.\n\nPlease contact the MIST Board Secretary by 31 October 2026 at office@moriori-imi-trust.nz or phone 0800 647869. \nPlease wait for confirmation of assistance before booking any travel you would like MIST to fund.
